1. Who we are

Monzu GO is operated by MoonReelz Pty Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

• Account: email address, public username, and the identifier from your sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or Snapchat). Snapchat doesn't give us your email, so we ask for one before payout.
• Content & metadata: the photos and videos you upload, and their precise location (GPS) at capture, timestamp, and camera/device details.
• Location: we collect precise device location when you capture in the app — it's core to the game (your shot pins where you stand) and to bounty eligibility. You can decline, but you can't shoot without it.
• Usage & device: IP address, device/browser type, and app interactions — to run and secure the Service (including anti-fraud and rate limiting).
• Payments: we use Stripe for payouts. Stripe collects identity-verification data (name, date of birth, ID, bank details) directly. We don't store your bank or card details.
• Cookies / local storage: to keep you signed in and remember settings.

3. How we use your information

To run the Service (pin, score and rank content, run bounties, manage accounts); to license content to third parties including AI developers and brands, and to market the Service (including showcasing user content); to pay you and prevent fraud; to communicate with you; and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Content that may show people

Uploaded content can contain images of people. Before content is included in an AI-training dataset we run a face-screening pass and ship only content that passes, to reduce biometric-privacy risk. Certain content may be excluded from commercial or AI use, or handled under additional consent requirements.

5. Who we share information with

• Service providers: Supabase (accounts/auth/database), Stripe (payments/verification), Cloudflare (media storage/CDN/networking) — they process data on our behalf.
• Sign-in providers: Apple, Google, Snapchat — only to authenticate you.
• Content licensees: AI developers, brands, and other buyers receive the content you licensed and its metadata — not your account contact details, unless required for a specific transaction.
• Legal: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal contact information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and get a copy of your data. Contact [email protected]. You can also delete your content or account directly in the app.

Deletion caveat: we'll delete your account data, but content already licensed, sold, or included in a trained AI dataset can't be recalled, and we retain transaction records where legally required.

7. Retention, security, transfers

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. Your data may be processed outside your country (e.g. by Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, and content licensees).

8. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from under-age users; if we learn we have, we delete it.
