Operated by MoonReelz Pty Ltd, trading as "Monzu GO".
These Terms govern your use of the Monzu GO app and website (the "Service"), operated by MoonReelz Pty Ltd ("Monzu GO", "we", "us"). By creating an account, uploading content, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, upload content, win bounties, or receive payouts. One account per person. Your username is permanent and public. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You own your content. Photos and videos you upload ("Your Content") remain yours — we don't claim ownership.
(a) you personally captured Your Content; (b) you own it or have all rights needed to grant the licence below; (c) it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; and (d) for any identifiable person in Your Content, you have their consent for the uses described here, or it contains no identifiable people.
You grant Monzu GO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing, transferable, and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, edit, display, distribute, and commercialise Your Content, and to license it to third parties, for any lawful purpose, including: licensing to AI / machine-learning developers for training and developing AI models and datasets; licensing to brands, advertisers, media and other businesses for commercial use including advertising, marketing, and their own social media; and Monzu GO's own marketing — showcasing Your Content on our website, social media, and to prospective users and customers.
The licence runs while Your Content is on the Service and for continued use of any content already licensed, sold, or included in a dataset or trained model. If you delete your account or a piece of content, we stop offering it for new licences — but licences already granted, content already sold, and content already included in an AI-training dataset or trained model are irrevocable and survive, because they can't be recalled from completed deals or trained models.
Content showing identifiable individuals may be excluded from certain commercial or AI-training licences, or handled under additional consent requirements, at our discretion. You are responsible for any consents needed for people depicted in Your Content.
Today we pay users through bounties — cash rewards for capturing specific spots or fulfilling briefs, subject to the bounty rules. Winning requires in-app capture with device location and meeting the quality bar.
We may, at our discretion, introduce additional ways to compensate users in the future — for example, a share of revenue we earn from licensing user content. We do not currently share licensing revenue and make no promise or guarantee that we will, that any particular content will earn anything, or as to any amount, rate, or timing. If we introduce revenue sharing, we'll publish the terms then.
Earnings accrue to an in-app wallet and are paid out via our payments provider (Stripe Connect) above a minimum threshold. You must complete Stripe's identity verification before any payout. We don't store your bank or card details. All bounty results and payouts are auditable, and we may withhold, reverse, or claw back amounts obtained in breach of these Terms.
Bounties reward fresh capture; holding an old claim doesn't automatically win a later bounty. Do not trespass, access private property, or take unsafe risks to capture content — we're not responsible for how or where you choose to shoot. We may add, change, cancel, or expire bounties at any time.
You must not upload or do anything that: you didn't capture, or that infringes others' rights; contains illegal content, child sexual abuse material, nudity/sexual content, gore, or hate; is AI-generated, a screenshot, or a re-photograph of a screen or print; misrepresents where or when it was captured (e.g. spoofed GPS); or harasses others or violates their privacy or safety. We may remove content, refuse service, or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You can delete your content or your whole account at any time from your account page. Unsold content is withdrawn from future licensing; completed licences and already-trained data survive (§3.2); and we retain transaction records where required for accounting, tax, and legal reasons.
The Service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
Limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution will be set out in the finalised Terms, drafted to sit alongside your non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.
